A good quality hotel, nice for a short stay. Very good service, stunningly beautiful views of the sea from my double room. Private parking on street provided. The efficient check-in process too. Location - beautiful, adjacent to seaside, and a gentle slope.

Had amazing stay for the holidays and the weather was lovely. Got a hot breakfast included. All in all everything was very good, though we had cold bathroom. The staff was super friendly plus the location was marvellous and very pretty. This hotel was in a tranquil area short walk to the cliff / coast, the center and local attractions in area.

Dedicated and thoughtful staff who were always there to help. The breakfast was substantial, the check in was efficient. Overall, we couldn't complain about using free Wi-Fi throughout the property. It was in a lovely location not far from walking distance to the centre so lots of nice restaurants, Folkestone, in a great hotel, in a convenient location and nice restaurants. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Sandgate Beach.

It made my trip to Folkestone a really really nice experience. Everything was really good, personnel was pretty friendly and really polite. Good location, I was near the beach. Furthermore, the area was peaceful.

Exceptionally clean and recently refurbished accom with exceptionally nice and perfect location so close to ferry/tunnel as well as the beach and beautiful walkways. Friendly atmosphere and genuinely helpful and very efficient staff on the reception desk. Good food for decent cooked and substantial breakfast with food being kept warm.

The venue was in a super central location near to the harbour which is bustling with bars / restaurants, a beautiful " petfriendly " establishment and the restaurant which was lovely, good selection of food and drinks and very professional. The staff were constantly especially helpful and very efficient. The English breakfast with food being kept warm was substantial.
